| Osiris Indriya began his path into the West Coast Tribal Dance Culture while in a suburban high school outside of Seattle, Washington. Osiris came upon an album entitled Mu-Ziq vs. The Auteurs. The next thing he knew, this electric bass playing indie-rocker was spending college money on a keyboard and sequencing software, and began to crank out experiments in sound. |

After graduation, he was off to Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, to study Classical and New Music Composition with a focus on Electronic Media. During his first year, he found himself composing music for marbles (Spherical Movements: A Sonata for Marbles), working at Orpheum Records on Broadway, and experimenting in the school recording studio. At the end of 1997, Osiris made the most important decision of his musical career... |

"I felt that if I wanted to create functional dance music,
I would have to learn to use it."

Spending most of what was left of his college fund, Osiris bought turntables and a mixer. DJ Pike was borne. He specialized in IDM and Atmospheric Drum & Bass, and began to play at House Parties and Coffee Shops as well as a slot on the fledgling Groovetech.com internet radio and distribution site. On his 19th birthday, DJ Pike went to his first underground gathering by a local community of faeries and artists called Seelie Court. He decided that this was his community, and he would make music for Seelie Court as he imagined it to be.
Seelie Court continued to play an important role in his life as he immersed himself deeper into the organization. A ceremonial journey through Egypt led Pike to a metamorphosis and Osiris was born. Inspired by the combining of music and intentional spirituality, Osiris went on to co-found the Oracle Gatherings with performance artist Isis Indriya and DJ Michael Manahan. |

on the Global Electronic Music Scene."

Driven to take Seattle to the next level, Osiris has been deep into creating several projects. He has teamed up with Infinite Connections to bring the best of Europe's tribal progressive trance music and world class art to the Pacific Northwest in a series of events called IOSIS Art Parties. All this has helped inspire the release of his all original progressive and downtempo CD, "Reach Within".
In addition to a blossoming music career, Osiris is a painter and digital artist with regular gallery showings with his works which describe the journey of the seeker discovering the truth of his being. Amidst all the projects, being a DJ and producing original music combined with his spiritual studies continue to be Osiris' focus. |
